Order Processing
Orders are generally reviewed and processed during business hours, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM ET, excluding holidays. Processing times may vary based on product availability, payment review, professional-use verification, equipment configuration, freight scheduling, or order volume.
Physical Product Shipping
Physical wellness products and standard items may be shipped through common carriers. Shipping options, estimated delivery times, and costs may be shown at checkout, on an invoice, or in written order communications. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.
Professional Equipment Delivery
Professional aesthetic equipment may require additional processing, verification, freight coordination, special handling, signature requirements, or delivery appointments. Shipping Address Accuracy
