Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellation requests are handled for orders, educational programs, professional equipment, subscriptions if offered, and consulting services. Purchases and services are provided by Cornerstone Beauty Group LLC.

How to Request Cancellation

Email info@cornerstonebeautygroup.com with your name, order number or invoice number, purchase date, and cancellation request. We review cancellation requests within 1-2 business days during support hours.

Physical Product Orders

Physical product orders may be canceled before fulfillment or shipment begins. Once an order has shipped or entered carrier processing, it may need to be handled as a return under our Refund Policy.

Digital Product Orders

Digital product orders generally cannot be canceled once access, download links, files, recordings, or digital credentials have been delivered.

Educational Programs

Educational program cancellations may be available before access is issued or before the first scheduled session, unless a separate written enrollment agreement states otherwise. After program access, materials, recordings, portal credentials, or live training participation has begun, fees may be non-refundable or only partially refundable.

Professional Equipment Orders

Professional equipment orders may be difficult or impossible to cancel after sourcing, configuration, special order processing, freight scheduling, or shipment begins. Approved cancellations may be subject to supplier charges, restocking fees, payment processing costs, or other documented costs where permitted by law.

Consulting Appointments and Services

Consulting appointments should be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time unless a written agreement states otherwise. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be non-refundable. Ongoing consulting engagements are governed by the written agreement and work already performed.

Subscriptions or Recurring Services

If subscription or recurring services are offered, you may request cancellation by email. Cancellation prevents future billing after the cancellation is processed, but it may not automatically refund amounts already billed, delivered, or earned unless required by law or stated in writing.

Company-Initiated Cancellations

We may cancel an order, enrollment, equipment request, or service if payment fails, information is inaccurate, eligibility cannot be verified, inventory is unavailable, the request appears fraudulent or unlawful, or fulfillment would violate our policies or applicable requirements. If we cancel after payment and no goods or services have been delivered, we will provide an appropriate refund where required.
